Activities that help one to relax

Strenuous physical activities like walking, running, cycling, and swimming often help to distract a stressed out mind. So do gentle activities like yoga and gardening.
Creative arts like painting, sewing, and writing are known to help one to relax.
Some people find joy and comfort in shopping while some find volunteering to be rewarding and relaxing.
Meditation is a great stress reliver. It calms the mind, relaxes the body, and elevates the spirit.

There are so many ways to relax but the most important thing to remember is that one has to find the time to relax.
